Panex ginseng
This is a potent rejuvenating tonic that is helpful in cases of stress, fatigue, and for those suffering from impotence. Ginseng possesses strong stimulating properties which can be used to increase strength and stamina, stimulate circulation and fast recovery from illness. Reseachers have found that an extract of ginseng panex can protect brain cells against ischemic damage, which often occurs during a stroke.
A number of studies have shown that ginseng is very effective in alleviating the effects of stress which can often impair sexual vitality and other mental and general body fatigue, insomnia or forgetfulness. In women, during menopausal years, it is useful to counteract symptoms such as dry vagina and reduced libido.
In traditional Chinese medicine, it is often used for general weakness, chronic fatigue, lack of appetite, forgetfulness, anaemia and impotence. It is considered a good tonic for the elderly.
Ginseng also enhances protein synthesis, protects the liver from damage, and increases immune system. It is generally recommended for the over 45 years old age group. Do not take when pregnant or when you have a heart condition or hypertension.
